How to Make Vegetables for Your Diet

Balsamic Vinegar and Vinegar Oil1 cup olive oil2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced2 tsp balsamic vinegar, divided1/2 cup water1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/3 cup water2 tsp.
salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/16 tsp peppermint extract1/10 tsp cinnamon1/20 tsp black peppercorns1/32 tsp ground cumin1/6 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp.
ground coriander1/12 tsp.
paprika1 tsp ground turmeric1 tsp smoked paprika2 tsp ground cloves1/1 cup white wine1/5 cup sugar1/30 cup waterTo make the balsam vinegar, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, and balsampi vinegar.
Add the water, vinegar, and salt.
Whisk to combine.
Season to taste.
Combine the vinegar and wine in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 10 minutes.
The mixture should bubble slightly.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
To make the apple cider, whisk all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Add 1 cup of the apple juice to the blender and blend until smooth and pureed.
Season with salt.

Season the butter with salt and chili powder as necessary.
Add vinegar to the butter mixture and whisk until smooth to incorporate.
Add water and vinegar to achieve desired consistency.
Add broth and chili to the mixture.
Add chicken broth to the batter and mix.
Add cinnamon and cumin to taste and mix until well combined. Serve.
