‘This is what I wanted’: How I changed my diet to be healthier and happier
Posted October 05, 2018 02:48:13I have been looking for something to do on Thanksgiving and my best friend suggested we have a vegetable garden.
I was hesitant at first because it seemed so daunting.
But I’ve been eating more vegetables lately and have noticed I’m eating less red meat.
So this is what you need to do to make sure you get the best nutrients from your food.
For starters, you should make sure your vegetable garden is well-oiled and well-ventilated.
Make sure you keep your greenhouse clean and well ventilated.
You’ll also want to get a veggie peeler and a vegetable trimmer.
I use the peeler to remove the top layer of green vegetables from the garden.
And for the trimmer, I use a plastic food-harvesting bucket with a knife attached to a blade.
I also buy a small plastic bucket with an attached metal blade for trimmings and remove the leafy greens.
You should also have a good air-conditioner and/or a window.
And if you’re in a big city, make sure it’s located near a gas station or a water heater.
Make your vegetables available to the public on the holiday.
I think the best part about eating a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner is that you can eat all of the vegetables and still get the nutrients you need.
