How to cook a pakoras at home

This dish, which is made from rice, has been a staple of the Indian diet for centuries.
Here are some easy ways to make it at home.
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Add some salt and pepper and cook the onion and tomato until soft and cooked through.
Heat the water in the pan over high heat and add the water and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until soft.
Add the tomatoes and fry for a few more minutes.
Add a little oil to the pan and fry them for a minute or so. 5.
Add all the vegetables, potatoes, carrots, onions and beans to the food and fry on high heat for a couple of minutes.

This method does not require frying, as the onions and tomatoes do not require any cooking.
