How to make a delicious vegetable soup

Vegetables can be used as a great source of protein, a great accompaniment to fish and meat, and as a healthy snack.

In a few simple steps, you can make a vegetable soup that is healthy and delicious for you and your family.


The vegetables: It’s important to pick and choose the vegetables you need to make your soup.

Vegetables such as kale, carrots, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower all have a great nutritional value.

However, you’ll want to avoid adding any other vegetables that you might be able to find elsewhere in the supermarket.

For instance, if you have a salad or a pasta sauce, it might not be possible to use the kale or the broccoli, because they are too hard to peel.

For this reason, try to choose vegetables that are easy to peel and slice.

If you can’t find a vegetable that you like, use a mix of whole and finely chopped vegetables.


The seasoning: You’ll want a little salt and pepper, which is often the first ingredient on the chopping block.

If there are any extra ingredients you wish to add, add them all in a bowl and stir well.

Add about a tablespoon of cream of tomato or cream, and some oil to the bowl.

Pour into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add some extra water if needed to make the mixture thicker.

Season the soup by adding salt to taste, then add more tomato sauce if you want.

Recipe: For 1/3 cup cooked carrots and 1/5 cup cooked radishes can be done using the same steps as above, except that you add some extra carrots.

Cook carrots in a very hot pan of salted water for around 10 minutes, and then drain.

Chop the carrots in small cubes.

Add them to the hot vegetables and simmer gently for a minute.

Add oil to taste and a pinch each of salt and freshly ground pepper.

Season with salt and a little extra oil.
