How to keep a healthy vegetarian diet at home
It’s no secret that many vegans are also carnivores.
But, according to a new study, you might want to stick to meat.
The team from the University of Illinois at Chicago analyzed data from over a dozen studies that evaluated the effects of eating vegetarian and vegan diets on human health.
