How to cook a delicious Green Leafy Vegetable Soup with green leafy greens
I’ve always wanted to make a green leaf vegetable soup.
But, my mother always insisted I make it with only black beans.
I’ve always been a vegetarian, but my mom was adamant that I cook with only beans and rice.
So, I’ve tried cooking with both and the results are fabulous!
Green leafy veggies are such a delicious side dish for any vegetarian meal, but this soup can easily be adapted to suit different types of people.
